Congratulations if you have a postgraduate offer to study at the ÃÛÌÒTV. 

This page will guide you through the tasks you need to do and what you need to know. It also lists the help and support available to you.

What you need to do before starting your studies 

Accept your offer to study 

You should accept your offer as soon as possible in your applicant portal. 

Pay your deposit

If your programme requires a deposit, we recommend paying your deposit of £2,000 as soon as you can. This helps secure your place and allows us to issue your Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) once you have met all your conditions.

We understand you may need flexibility when paying your deposit, so we have not set a fixed deadline. However, our programmes are very popular and may close early once they reach capacity. 

Due to high demand for the MBA, we advise you to pay your deposit within two weeks of receiving your offer to secure your place.

You do not need to pay the deposit if you provide evidence that you will be fully funded through a scholarship, sponsorship or a government loan scheme. Please upload this evidence to your applicant portal.

Meet your academic and English language conditions 

If you hold a conditional offer, you must meet your conditions by 31 July. Please upload all documents to your applicant portal. We cannot accept documents by email. Once you meet all your conditions, we will issue an unconditional offer.

Choose and book your accommodation

You can apply for accommodation from 2 April and to be covered by our accommodation guarantee, you must apply for accommodation by 1 July. You can apply for accommodation even if your offer is conditional.

Apply for your visa 

If you are an international student, you will need to have your visa before you can start your studies. You can start this process once your offer is unconditional accepted.  

When you should arrive at the ÃÛÌÒTV

The academic year starts on Monday 22 September 2025. To be ready for the start of the academic year, you should move into your accommodation between the 19 to 21 September. 

International students - book our Meet and Greet service 

You can arrange for our meet and greet team to welcome you at either London Heathrow airport or London Gatwick airport. Bookings open in August and the service is free, but spaces are limited.  

Enrol, set up your IT account, submit any documents

Enrolment starts on Friday 1 August 2025. You must have an unconditional accepted offer and an IT account before you can enrol.
